X-Men 3

There's something to be said for the nature of the beast. Do you have to feed it or can you control it?
I loved this movie. For some reason I felt like I was a little girl watching my first super hero movie. I laughed that way. I almost cried. I felt very alive watching it. It was a good movie, and I know that people will say they totally changed the comic book, but I still liked it, a lot.
And it made me think about Jean Grey. The two sides of her. Are we all dual personalities or are we all just creatures that have many sides that are not all connected yet. Not integrated humans? Watching her struggle with the side of her that was all passion, anger, joy and pleasure made me wonder. As did knowing of her character in the other films. There's much more to be said, but I can't get it out right now, so I pause here...and ponder some more. Perhaps I will find what it is in this that is so intriuging to my brain?!?!!!
