Seriously folks, it's hard to spend time with my nephews, the 3 yr. old and little Noo Noo and not just melt. They make your bellies ache with laughter. Your facial muscles get quite the work out as you have to contain your grinning.
Thanksgiving was really nice. I was with my grandparents...I can post them on here....I am still learning this whole wonderful wide world of posting and uploading and what not...YIKES there is so much to know...

I was so blessed to have my sister tape them singing and talking about their history together as a couple and parenting our mom. It was awesome. My grandfather is getting older and it's really hard to watch him walk so slow and not remember things. My grandmother is getting really warn down just taking care of him. I know it's part of life. I know that aging, death, sickness, mourning, grieving are all a reality. This trip I just chose to enjoy every moment I could. My grandmother...wow, she and I have come a LONG way. And for this I am so grateful. I cannot talk about these last 5 days enough...so I'll leave you with a few questions or this time...an assignment. Take the word Grandmother or Grandfather...and brainstorm. Write about them or each or as a couple. Let your mind bring all it wants to up. Do it soon, and if you feel so inclined. SHARE IT WITH THEM...even if they have passed on. Sometimes....that is wonderfully good for one's soul.
